The MVR evaporation and crystallization project of 648 tons/day glyphosate and sodium chloride wastewater from Taisheng Chemical Company of Hubei Province was successfully put into operation and accepted. The main process of the project is as follows:
1. Feed: The material to be treated is stored in the original liquid pool, and is pumped into the plate heat exchanger. In the plate heat exchanger, the feed liquid is heated to the evaporation temperature after heat exchange with the steam condensate water and steam respectively, and then enters the falling film evaporator for evaporation and concentration.
2. Material passes through two falling film evaporators in turn. In the falling film evaporator tube, the material evaporates from top to bottom, and the concentrated liquid drops down to the lower tube box. The gas-liquid separation is carried out in the falling film separator, and the concentration is concentrated to a higher concentration and then transported by the transfer pump to the lower tube box.

3. Material enters the forced circulation heat exchanger to raise temperature and pressure, and then flash in the crystallization separator. Concentrated liquid and secondary steam are separated in the crystallization separator. Concentrated liquid is pumped into the forced circulation heat exchanger to circulate. this
There will be crystallization of small particles. During the process of crystallization falling in the crystallization separator, the crystalline form will become larger and larger. Finally, the crystallization will be separated from the bottom discharging of the crystallization separator to the horizontal pusher centrifuge.
4. After centrifugation, crystallization is packed and the mother liquor cooled during centrifugation is heated to the evaporation temperature and then returned to the system for further evaporation crystallization. With the continuous enrichment of organic matter in the system, when the boiling point of the solution rises above the design value, the mother liquor is pumped to the mother liquor.

5. Secondary steam separated from falling film section and forced circulation section is mixed after separating droplets by high efficiency demister, and is compressed by imported high efficiency compressor unit to raise temperature and pressure. The material of this project has passed the preliminary small-scale test and pilot-scale test, and the properties of the material have been measured. Because of the complex composition of the feed and the high COD value, the segmented concentration crystallization process has been designed. By distinguishing the boiling point of the solution, the maximum effective temperature difference has been reasonably utilized, and the mother liquor treatment system has been equipped.
In general, while guaranteeing the treatment capacity, the system achieves a good choice of equipment investment and operation cost. It only needs 47.7 kilowatt-hour electricity to evaporate a ton of water.
